Product Return Policy:

I don't even like calling this a "policy", but that's the terminology within the industry.  Simply put:  I am not happy until you are happy.  You are the customer and I take pride in working for you.  If you're not happy with one of my products, simply e-mail or phone us within 14 days of the initial transaction date and let me know how I can be of service to you.  Would you like to exchange your unworn strap?  It would be my pleasure.  Would you like credit toward your Europelli Club Card account?  I would be happy to accommodate you.  However, the following logical stipulations need to be met:

Exchanges and Account Credits:

1)  The item has not been worn, altered, or damaged, and is still in brand new condition.
   
Effective Immediately:  I have had too many instances of a situation that now warrants an amendment to my return policy:  This is where I was told that a strap had been unworn, but is returned to me with obvious signs that the strap had been installed and worn (creased, dimpled adjustment holes, etc.)  If a non-defective strap is returned to me for exchange, yet is not in perfectly brand new re-sellable condition, a 50% credit for the purchase price will be issued.  With regard to a non-defective exchange of a strap that has been worn, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

2)  The item must be received by Europelli within 14 days of the original transaction date, accompanied by a copy of your receipt showing the date and amount paid.  I feel that two weeks is more than ample time to know whether a given strap offers the presentation you are trying to achieve.

3)  The buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping charges on those items sent to us for exchange or credit, unless there is a defect in workmanship.

4)  Custom Handmade Straps:  Custom Handmade straps are not eligible for exchange unless an error has been made which is a fault of my own.  In that instance, I will gladly make you a new replacement strap - including any shipping charges associated with the exchange. 

Above all, I want you to be happy with my products and service.  Actually, I want you to be more than just happy...I want you to be thrilled!  On rare occasion, there are times when a customer wants to exchange or return an item.  If ever you are unpleased with any aspect of your experience, I want to know about it.  I NEED to know about it!  Let's face it - you never really know what kind of company or person you're dealing with, until there's a problem.  I am a consumer just like yourself and, rest assured, the service I take pride in never ends with the initial sale.  I stake my stellar reputation and livelihood on it!
